My reviews on Google Maps haven’t been showing up. There is no restriction on my profile, yet AI has been flagging my reviews. On my profile it shows it’s been posted, but when viewed from another profile, it’s not posted. How do I fix this?

It is likely because the spam filters are acting up, or you are violating some of the guidelines.
You have written 140 reviews in total. Currently , only 120 if your reviews are public. So 20 of your reviews were taken down. They will still show in your review contribution list. This is normal.
Your last review is from a week ago.
Google will not and I can’t tell you exactly what the issue is.
Looking at your reviews I find them to be guideline compliant.
Hence I suggest you fill this form to request a manual check of your reviews.

As far as I can see your last (edited) review was published just 6 hours ago.
If the reviews are very recent, this is normal: Google is checking the reviews before the publication, and this can take from a few minutes to several hours, mostly depending on the amount of media attached to the review.
Of course appealing is possible, the check will take a few weeks.
Normally the suggested procedure to have your review quickly republished is to edit it, removing what can trigger the filters.
According to a recent report by (if I remember correctly) @WilfriedB , also a typo can in fact trigger the filter
Yes, you remembered correctly @ErmesT: A while ago a review was hidden and I opened it for edit. At that point the browser marked a word as spelled incorrectly. I only corrected the typo and the review was accepted.
