Kuldhara or Kuldhar ( Kuldhara or Kuldhar ) is a cursed and mysterious village in the Indian state of Rajasthan , Jaisalmer district, also known as Haunted Village . This village was built by the Paliwal Brahmins in the 13th century . But in the 19th century the entire village was destroyed due to dwindling water supply, but according to some legends, the village was destroyed by Jaisalmer Minister of State Salim . Salim Singh Joe Jaisalmer He used to be a minister of the village, he used to behave quite vigorously in the village, due to which all the villagers got upset and left the village overnight and went away with curse, because of this it is also called cursed village .
