The meal is the best way to start your day fresh,safe and sound for a busy day. The earlier you eat it ,the better . It contains nutrients that are effective and essential to the body . It sparks the body with full sensation and vitality to enlighten the skin. It makes the bones stronger and much :muscle: .

I recommend that Beans and Fried plantain is a good source for you. Eat it and be healthy :yum: .
