Ghana Jollof Vs Nigerian Jollof Rice

This debate is what they call unending, I didn’t think I will jump into it but Ghana came to me in the form of Ghana Terrorism PR event that happened in Lagos.

Iwalewa Art Gallery was where we assembled to hear about Ghana in December and everything edible at the event was Ghana’s Rich delicacies.

I also found out that puff puff is a Nigerian thing and not African or worldwide, I can’t remember what they call this but it looked like our Nigerian puff puff.

I had “Ghana Jollof” and chale I really don’t see the difference between their Jollof and Nigerian Jollof :person_shrugging:‍ :female_sign: , I mean it seemed more peppery but that’s it.

This is a very nice but sensitive topic Jollof rice. There has been an age long discussion about which is the best Jollof that of Nigeria or Ghana ?

I personally think each is very good on their perspective. It will be difficult to really establish a winner. Puff puff is part of my childhood memories. A pity I don’t see much of it now.
