Any suggestions for getting likes on your reviews. I try to write well and keep positive but rarely get any likes. Advice welcome.
It’s not easy, and depends on the country.
I live in Italy, and it’s not so frequent to see like on reviews.
I have 667 reviews, and got only 387 like.
I don’t follow any strategy, but you can try to share on other social networks.

Likes are a relatively new feature. I’ve noticed lately that I see more notifications for this and I’ve amassed about 300 or so likes. The only thing I can suggest is to make your review as helpful as possible for the next person then someone might feel compelled to overcome their laziness and press that icon :).

As mentioned already, putting likes on review is not such a common used feature, but will hopefully grow in the future.
Keep writing helpful informative reviews, and I think more people will be liking them.

I haven’t received a lot of likes. I think the few likes I’ve received are from owners on really glowing 5-star reviews I’ve given.

Same experience here - it feels like the incentive to get likes is to flatter businesses!
