What does local guide program mean to me?
In one word, it means trust that I am headed the right way - literally and figuratively! I have lived in 5 different cities and have always relied on Local Guides and their useful tips to take some of the biggest decisions.

L But, with the growing reliance on peer to peer recommendations, the local guides platform is actually an easy to access knowledge house of information. Over the years, giving out stars and my views has become a habit because I want others know of my authentic experience. Who knows? It might help them just like it helped me out! From choosing a place to stay in the middle of the night to picking a cafe for a planned in advance birthday party, I make sure I read through all reviews by trusted Local Guides. Unlike other forums, I am sure I’ll get the right mix of positives and negatives, to help me take a balanced decision.
