Hello Everyone.
I am very happy to say this. In India we celebrate the biggest festival of Hindu’s "MahaShivaratri" and this year also we celebrating it on 18/02/2023. In connect we want to share our great experience with our Local Guides (From other’s country)
- We need to share our own experience how we are celebrating the festival.
- If you visit a place (Temple) on the “Mahashivratri” keep the photos while sharing your experience.
- In some temples we can’t have permissions to take the photos so please avoid it. (It’s mentioned in the flex/banners as “Don’t take photos”)
- Please don’t download and post the photo in the connect. You can How do I follow the original content guidelines on Connect read it. Try to take the photos by your own.
- We Don’t go to against for the rules on connect/maps.
- Some temples are maximum covered with photos then you don’t share the same photo for the points or any other. Try to take different as a Local Guide. If it’s difficult then try to take the photos at night time (on that day maximum all temples are covered with lightings.)
- On that day we visit small/big temples i mean the small temples or near to our Village like that. Big temples which are the famous like in Telangana state Vemulawada. As a Local Guide member try to observe the places some places or added wrong.
Example : ABCD International Airport, (Imagine it was an temple.) International airport of ____. I am trying to say we have same places but names or different so please check the category, time, it’s showing proper place or not. This example in the temples we have Toys shop’s more and more then some Toys shop’s are confirmly added to the maps and more no. So please check any toy shop or correctly added or not. We don’t have time to talk the owner because He/she full busy on that day. Soo it’s also a public place so please try change the category or place if added wrong. without permission (Must try this it’s must be accepted by the Google.) Only temple we can change without permission.
- Don’t add the selfie photos if you interested add the full photo keeping #.
- Avoid taking 360° photo from mobile because it’s very busy area and we have to blur the people if we blur the people some side places also blurred because I am saying its very busy area on that day.
Please follow this and i am really sorry for any mistakes on my message.
Thank You, Keep Contributing! All the best. Advance Happy Mahashivratri.
