Jalebi is an Indian dessert. It is famous all over South Asia and the Middle East.
It is generally served hot. It may also be eaten with cold Rabdi or hot milk. For Indians, having hot Jalebi along with hot samosas on a rainy day is a must!
Ingredients-
Jalebi: Maida (All purpose flour), Baking Soda, Sugar, Salt, and Oil.
Sugar Syrup: Sugar, Water, Cardamom, and Orange colour.
Mango Rabdi: Condensed milk, Mango, Sugar, and Cardamom.
Recipe-
Mango Rabdi

Take Condensed Milk. Add sugar and powdered cardamom.

Mix sliced mango cubes to it.
Sugar Syrup

Heat a pan. Add sugar and water to make a syrup of runny consistency.

Boil on a medium heat.

Add colour and cardamom powder. Remove from heat.
Jalebi

Mix all-purpose flour, baking soda, sugar, and salt to create a mixture.

Add water to make a batter of thick consistency.

Let it rest for about 10-14 hours so that the batter can ferment.

Pour the batter in a bottle. Create a hole in its cap.

Heat oil in a pan. Pour the batter from the bottle in a circular motion.

Fry the jalebi from both sides.

Dip the jalebi in sugar syrup for 1-2 minutes. The syrup must be warm.

Remove the Jalebi from syrup to a plate.

Pour Mango Rabdi over it and enjoy!
