I am not a G@map business owner. I just want a general knowledge.
If We temporarily close some G@map business and after that when it is re-opened, there is an impact on their business?

I am not sure if I understand your question. There are no other consequences than the obvious:
The business will show as temporarily closed on Google Maps after the initial edit is approved. And this will be removed after the second edit is approved.
Nothing else.

Gmap business is one of the best online presence for your business needs. If you temporarily close your GMB ( Google my business) presence . Your profile reach will be saturated. Your regular customer will be confused ! Google will not show frequently your account when someone search for your business category in your area. Moreover , you may loose potential customer for your business. So , it is advisable not temporarily close your GMB unless you really need !
