The ingredients are simple just like the procedure! The main ingredient is a great source of fiber, vitamins, minerals and most importantly supports your immune system!

Follow the super easy and quick procedure to make this healthy snack!
Step 1- Slice a sweet potato/genasu in thin slices, and keep them aside for some time. (The following ingredient measurement is based on one medium sized sweet potato)
Step 2- Basic ingredients for the batter are
4 dried red chillies( based on the spice level you want), 2 table spoons of raw rice, ½ spoon of asafoetida, 1 spoon of funnel seeds and salt to taste. Grind these with some water and the batter is ready!
Step 3- Dip the potato slices in the batter and let them fry in oil for about 2 minutes, till the slices turn into golden brown in color.
Step 4- Place them on kitchen tissues and press out all the extra oil. And now you’re ready to eat these crunchy fritters with mint chutney or some sauce!
We absolutely loved it with a mug full of tea/chai. The best combination!
