Are you referring to the building outlines seen on standard view (and not satellite view, @Annaelisa ?
If so they are generated automatically and will be updated automatically when new satellite or aerial photos arrive. So normally it is not worth dealing with since navigation is not affected by these building outlines.
If you want you can try seeking help in this in the Maps support forum.
Hit the Community tab at the top and make a post. You need to make it very clear what needs to change. Drawing on screenshots could be helpful.
