"Gaucha Burger" at Papacho´s

Today I was trying to figure out what to eat I ended up picking a burger, and thinking about my Argentinians “Connect” friends @Jesi @FaridTDF @Cecilita @CaroGuiniazu I went to Papacho´s (a Peruvian restaurant located at Jockey Plaza Shopping Center) and ordered a “Gaucha Burger”. Papacho´s hold the 16th position in Top 50 Best Burgers in South America. Let me tell you that these burgers are something else. Obviously many Argentinian burgers in this list (Burger Joint, and the Burger Company both from Buenos Aires in the Top 10).

Also, I remember that @TraciC loves burgers so I hope you like this post!

Here the ingredients of the Gaucha Burger:

Provolone cheese, chimichurri, avocado, sautéed onions, lettuce, and tomato.

Qué delicia @marcorp ! Pensar quebhace unos días anduve por ese mismo Shopping!. De haber sabido que hacían esas hamburguesas tan espectaculares, hubiera pedido una. Pero bueno, este es un excelente para volver a Lima :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

@Cecilita que bueno que te gustó el post. Estas hamburguesas son A1, la carne de primera. Si llegas a visitar Perú ya tienes un buen dato!

Se ve muy rica, especialmente con ese queso derretido sobre la hamburguesa :drooling_face:

Definitivamente se ve la parte gauchesca en ella también. Gracias por compartirlo pensando en nosotros @marcorp :blush:

Tengo que admitir que por más buena que parece la vegana que compartiste en el otro post, entre las dos eligiría esta sin dudarlo jajajaj

@Jesi yo también elijo ésta sin dudar… Es más, ya estoy en camino a Oxapampa, donde todo, sin excepciones, tiene carne. Ya escribiré nuevos posts de los lugares que voy a visitar. Abrazossss

Realmente se ve afable la hamburguesa @marcorp , me dio muchas ganas de comerla, tendré que esperar a regresar a Lima - Perú

Omg @marcorp that looks delicious!!! I’m now drooling here :slight_smile: I’ve never seen avocado in burgers, but I would definitely love it! What exactly is chimichurri? I know I’ve heard it many times, but I don’t now what it is.

Unfortunately we don’t have an Argentinian Burger Company in my Area. I may have to search on some bigger city near me

@FaridTDF si, estas hamburguesas son excelentes… Y respondiendo a tu pregunta, tengo debilidad por hamburguesas con salsas BBQ, y este local tiene 2 tipos con BBQ entre sus ingredientes.

@ErmesT i also like chimichurri sauce a lot, it’s pretty common in Perú. But maybe more common in Argentina.
