Hi @RadieN The photos are taken by me. I don’t understand what is the problem. I never use photo from webites or similar. My photos are taken by me and retouched usin Snapseed.

Hi @RadieN it is very easy! First of all, you must clean perfectly the razor-shells putting them in a bowl with water and salt for a few hours. Once done this, frie in a very hot pan with a pintch of olive Oil until the razor-shells are opened. Then you can serve it on a plate. Season them with salt, pepper and passion fruit vinaigrett
