Chop up your pepper onions tomatoes ginger garlic (N.B chop not slice)
Boil the garden egg till its soft. Then peel it,and separate the seeds from flesh.
Blend the peeled skin and the seeds together and set aside.
Set on a clean sauce pan with palm oil in it and heat up gently for a minute or 2(depending on the quantity of your stew) add the chopped onions and stir gently to avoid burning. Add the tomatoes and pepper. Allow it to simmer gently for 7-10mins.Then add your tuna fish.
