Little bit far from Batticaloa. Ampara looks interesting. I have been to Sri Lanka several times. Not yet to Ampara or Batticaloa. Last year I visited Galle and I enjoyed it.
Very good initiative, In my city similar initiative was started by district collector years before " Mass Action for Plastic waste free Kozhikode" by P.B Salim IAS. After he transferred to another state, the mission drops…
