Thanks for sharing a photo of the renowned temple.

Could you also circumnavigate the temple i.e. do a “Pradakshina” through the long but scenic path?

That looks beautiful @FalguniP , at first glance I thought it was a Las Vegas casino.

I hear Diwali is very special and a unique experience to participate in the celebration. I hope I get to see it with my own eyes one day.

Thank you so much for appreciating.

Yes diwali is one of the important festival of India and the real beauty of this festival is seen in many wonderful temples with lights and oil lamps shining whole evening and night. Even people at homes light up their windows and doors with LED lights, lanterns and earthen oil lamps, you should surely visit the major temples to see the beautiful oil lamps and floral decoration during diwali

Hi @FalguniP

Thanks for this picture. I always wanted to go this temple. Can you tell me how can I reach here from Ratnagiri railway station? Also, are there any staying options near temples?

@Tushar18

Thank you for appreciating :blush:

You can book a cab/ mini bus or local taxi and buses from Ratnagairi station,

The distance is approximately 50-60km from station, there are many hotels and lodges available for stay near by the temple,

But I would suggest to pre book to avoid last moment problem,

The ideal time to visit is during rain or winters avoid going in summer as the climate is too humid and hot

Sure

Kalighat, Belur Math and Dakshineswar Temple. Kolkata
Golden temple in Amritsar
Ganga Ghat Varanasi (ganges river bank)
Shrinathji temple, Nathdwara, Udaipur

These are some of the major parts where Traditional and vibrant celebration can be experienced.
