Gajar Ka Halwa

Gajar Ka Halwa
As New year is coming I thought let’s me share some sweet dish.
So get ready, Try this Recipe & tag me.

Ingredients.
1 KG -Red Carrots :carrot: . / 4 - Cup Carrots.
3/4 - Cup sugar or according to taste .
2 - Litres. Milk..
8 - tsp -Amul Ghee.
3-4 - Cardamom.
15- Kishmish( Raisin.)
15- kaju ( Cashew nut.)
10- Almonds .

Method
Wash carrot nicely,remove the skin of carrot.
Now grate carrot.
Soak dry fruits for 1 hour.
Cut Almond & Cashew nuts.
Take thick pan / Kadai
Put grated carrot & saute it for 10-15 minutes on slow gas.
Now pour milk on carrot stir nicely keep it on slow gas.
It takes 2-3 hours when milk dries put sugar put dry fruits keep little almonds aside .
Now put pure ghee mix well.
Take dish put halwa, on top decorate it with Almonds.

Serve with love hot halwa.

Caption :Instant Gajar Ka Halwa.

For instant halwa.
Take cooker put carrot & 1/4 milk &1/4 water give 2 whistle .
Then put rest of milk
Same method as above. It gets cook with in 1 hour but taste differ cooker & kadai.

I consider as the best dessert. And this is the season I am also going to prepare next week because now a days my both sons are giving exam.

Bohat Shandar @RosyKohli , it’s looks yummy and delicious. We usually add topping of Khoya (Mawa) in Gajar Halwa here. Did you tried Mawa in Gajar Halwa ?
