Hi @NelsonNdoz I think we are helping people’s through google maps with the help of google service so, It’s not good to pretend own to be a google service provider…Because anyone have gmail can be a local guide and they can’t pretend to be a google service providers… And If they charge for any google service it’s a violation.

Imho, not everyone are aware about Google Maps/Local Guides program. So, scam is possible to happen.

I’ve reported the Local Guide and escalated the issue to the team.

Unfortunately there is a lot of people that offer services using the name of Google, even if Google do not provide this kind of services.

I have already reported a few agencies to GMB for this reason.
