One distinction to be drawn from pani-puri (from India) and fuchka (pronounced foo-cchh-kaah) is that fuchka has a myriad of flavors and stuffing inside it’s tiny crunchy body. It is full of a bangladeshi local chickpea-curry, vegetables, BUNCH OF CHILI topped with a spoonful of local tamrind sauce and shredded eggs. It is definitely a must-try if you ever visit Bangladesh (Southeast Asia)
