Have you heard stinky tofu? Pig blood cake? Pearl milk tea? beef noodles?Oyster Omelet? Din Tai Fung dumpling?
These are all from my country. There are still a lot of food you can’t miss that commented in CNN .
Snacks are the things that I love sharing on Google maps. A saying goes in Chinese " A thousand miles of smell.", food can touch people’s hearts, and the feeling of the tongue is the most profound.
Braised pork rice is my favorite in all delicacy. My father said: “A bowl of braised pork rice can taste local friendliness, local flavor ; Snacks definitely are indispensable landscape for tourism.”
My father has passed away, and I have no chance to taste the braised pork with him. But the braised pork rice has become a habit and interest.
My dream is to eat all the braised pork rice in Taiwan. I hope to visit each town and feel the local warmth and snacks, especially braised pork rice. I also hope that I can give love of braised pork rice to people.
If you have the opportunity to visit my country. Don’t miss it. Although it is inconspicuous, it is worth visiting and tasting .
