The very first time I shared an online review was after having one bite from one of the most delicious -if not THE most delicious pizza place I have ever been to. It was in Milan, and after taking a train, walking for quite a while in a foreign city and making sure that I catch this place open during lunch hours, the experience was definitely up to expectations. I literally took out my phone while eating, and typed down how good this place was with my left hand while using the right hand to eat. This urge I got to review the place right away stemmed from a feeling I got from deep inside to give back to this place and make them feel appreciated. I wanted to do so not only by complimenting it, but by also letting the world know how good it was, and what better way to do so other than on the world largest internet platform: google.
From there I started reviewing places in my country and abroad, as I myself always refer to google to end speculation of whether this place is worth it or not.
What I like to review the most since I love traveling around the world and touring my own country as well, is highlighting the places that deserves visiting. Being a tourist in my own country, I hope that the posts I share on google conveys the beautiful image of Jordan to visitors and expats, and also facilitate the lives of those who recently moved to Jordan in addition to locals (hence I write my posts in English). Meanwhile I share my travel experience abroad and put myself in any travelers shoes that would read and look up details ahead of traveling. I specifically post about the most famous tourist attractions and restaurants that highlights the culture and the local cuisine.
From posting about food, to historical places, monuments and tourists spots, by contributing to google maps I aim to encourage all the people to share with each others, spread positivity, provoke the lust to travel and curiosity to discover more.
