I remember this being an issue for a long time that questions (and other features) only being available on the Android (and sometimes also the Desktop). Check the relevant help pages and if only Android and Desktop are mentioned this is Google’s suddle way of admitting that IOS users are left behind at the moment.
The feature should be available on both Android and Apple without any limitation, have you checked you are running the latest version of Maps? Perhaps it is not the same version you were running on the previous iPhone.
Moreover please have a look at this support article with the steps to follow to find manually the place to answer questions. It might be possible also that based on some cached elements the app on the new phone doesn’t start automatically suggesting you that, many items are based on different algorithms which are not simple as may think such as I just visited that place .
I wanted to update you @LuigiZ and @MortenCopenhagen on the inabilità to access to ‘questions- answers’ that with my new Iphone I could no longer see. I thought it was a limit that I had accidentally activated in Google Maps, but using a borrowed phone with Android functionality everything worked perfectly. So I deduce that it is a problem related to the use of some limit between IOS and Gloogle-maps.
Yes that might be possible @DENIT33 , it is known there are differences between Android and iOS and that many features are available only on Android being Google own platform.
Anyway thank you very much for letting us know, have a nice evening !
