Hello!
This is Peter from Taiwan,
I wanna share some thoughts about the local guide.
Enjoy! ?
- What’s the interesting part of sharing where you have been?
Well, Google Maps is very convenient for users thanks to every local guide sharing pics and information.
Wherever I go, sharing the places that impressed me is like writing a public diary.
I remember when I was living in Japan,
one day I was so desperate to eat Chinese hometown cuisine.
So I searched what I wanted, dozens of results around where I was bumped out.
The reviews, the price, menus or even the environment of the restaurants could be found on it.
◆ Multiple functions of Google Map really help users to easily pin down the place they wanna go and be able to know how long does it take to reach the destination.
◆ I love to share pictures of where I went on Google Maps.
The more I share, the more others can enjoy.
◆ When I was living in Japan, I love driving around and explore somewhere new.
It happens sometimes that you discover somewhere mysterious which is not on the Google MAP. Take some pics and pin it down on the map became my habit since then.
- The Local Guides Program?
I bet it’s a great chance to meet Local guides from all over the world.
“Where the Global Guides were born.”
Anyway, I believe everyone who shows up as a Local Guides has stories to share.
Sometimes I feel like it’s not just a map,
but a platform that connect us.
We are the Global Guides that makes the world not so mysterious.
