Frikandel

Real Dutch specialty called “Frikandel”. Originally a snack, but if you have multiple, it’s a lunch ?

I have never heard of these, but I plan to visit Amsterdam in the near future, so I’ll make sure to try a few.

Being a dutch thing, i couldn’t it not having mayonnaise in it, but the version with peanut sauce really nice.

Is the hotdog part made of pork or beef?
