Everyone has their own kind of cooking poha, so here is my kind of cooking poha. This might be similar to some who used to cook. But believe me this goes well with tea or coffee during evening. While a group discussion you can keep it in middle to take ahead the discussion. This doesn’t need much time and you can cook it with 3 to 4 ingredients. And @PriyankaU you have asked me to show my kind of poha making so here is one kind another coming soon. This for you.
Here is the recipe for poha
Fried Poha / Fried Flattened Rice
Required stuff :
Procedure :
1- First heat a pan or kadhai. When pan get heated put oil in it.
2- After oil get heated add half of onion to it. Now add red chilli followed by salt. Mix them well.
3- Now put raw poha and cook it until it becomes crispy. Keep staring otherwise it will burn from the base.
4- Take them out when become crispy, keep sometimes. When it becomes bit cool add mixture and remaining raw onion.
5- Now serve to eat at evening with cup of tea or coffee.
*Mustard oil recommended

Thank you @TusharSuradkar for appreciation.
This looks really tasty @SarveswarB ans seems fairly simple to make too. I have never even heard of poha though and not sure I will be able to get it around here. Maybe if I can find a speciality store.
Is poha meant as a snack dish along with a cup of tea or coffee or is it considered a full meal?

Poha is also know as " flattened rice". It might be available but rarely. Yes it is very simple in making. If you get it then do try it. It was not a full meal, it is like a snacks. You can have it without tea or coffee also. You can offer it to guest like you offer snacks.
Thank you for interest @MortenSI
