Pabda Fish is a freshwater fish in Bangladesh; also can be found in South Asian countries. It’s a very delicious fish food when you fired it or just cooks as a fish curry with a bit of gravy but without vegetables. Although it very tasty without vegetable but can be use to cooks curry mix with vegetables. I most like to have fried one and also fish curry with a bit of gravy but no vegetables. This fish item normally serve with rice as our regular meal.
The cooking ingredients: Pabda Fish, Onion, Green Chili, Coriander, Ginger and other local ingredients use for cooking.
Wow, this looks amazing! Thank you for sharing this with us! I haven’t tried a curry version, but I love everything curry! So, green chili, coriander and ginger will do the trick, right?
Green chili, coriander and ginger make it perfect; if you try as a curry with a bit of gravy but no vegetable (locally it’s called “Mass Bhuna”, Fish means “Mass” in local language) also delicious.
This food looks very delicious. Thank you for sharing this photo with us.
How often do you cook? I love to cook and eat fish. It’s more and delicious you have to eat it with chili. I can share some photos of my homemade fish with very spicy chili. I fried it and put some chili and lemon.
