Friday is a sacred day with friends, to make trips out of the urban area, to discover new places, beaches, forests, valleys, and of course to have lunch outdoors.
The best moment for me is where we start preparing to eat; this is my moment.
My specialty is to prepare a dish called the Hmisse, it’s a very famous in the east of Algeria, which consists of sweet pepper, spicy pepper, tomato all grilled, we mix all together and in the end we put the olive oil.
