@PoliMC: My favorite post for this week is the amazing “A nice place for a sunny day - Eibsee, Grainau, Germany” by @Ant_Bad_Yogi. In it, the Local Guide introduces the crystal clear Eibsee Lake in the region of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, as a place where you can spend a nice sunny day. The lake is near the highest mountain in Germany, Zugspitze, and the Eibsee Cable Car can take you directly to the peak. @Ant_Bad_Yogi also gives a few tips on how to reach the lake, which hiking trails to use in case you don’t have much time, and where you can grab a bit and use the bathroom. @GNaz: I loved @Nosaint2_Rafael_Fe’s post, “Hacienda Muñoz, Café Gourmet - San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico,” because of the engaging narrative of his experience at a local café. He visits Hacienda Muñoz, a place just outside San Lorenzo in Puerto Rico, where people can enjoy a selection of gourmet coffee. The Local Guide also mentions that the café will soon offer guided tours, which will explain the process of planting coffee beans, show the equipment for it, and give a chance to taste a delicious cup at the end. The post is ideal for coffee-lovers.
@Aruni: This week, I came across @Sophia_Cambodia’s post, “The northern charms of Thailand,” and I liked it very much. It is about her visit to the northern part of Thailand, the region of Chiang Rai, and the city of Chiang Mai. Sophia gives plenty of recommendations on what to see and do there, accompanied by some breathtaking photos of colorful temples. If Thailand is already on your bucket list and you’re looking for beautiful places to discover there, this post is definitely for you.
@Giu_DiB: One of my favorite topics on Connect is street art, and I’m always happy when I find some absolute masterpieces, like the one @OSAMA_ shared with us in his post “STREET ART IN AMMAN ?.” I loved his story, too, of how he accidentally found out about those beautiful murals in Amman, Jordan, and went on a mission to discover them all. If you love art, you will enjoy Osama’s vivid photos.
