You are most welcome @MortenSI , just remember to have drinking water handy, and yes, its the fish fin, its actually whole fish prepared while seated, some relaxation spots now add variety of you pointing to the live fish before its caught and prepared for you. Hope you’ll visit soon! Lol

Why is it important to have water ready for drinking? Is the dish particularly spicy?
It is spicy! That’s why we call it PEPPER SOUP!!!

I thought water was a bad choice when eating spicy @Ultima , but maybe that only applies to chili. I’m not very experienced with spicy food, as it’s not big part the Scandinavian cuisine.
