In today’s life the most important thing we forget is to be fit and healthy.
If you are really motivated to keep yourself fit with no excuses even a simple walk can improve your good metabolism.
As now a days I am working from home so there is a lot of time saved from my routine travelling.
Paying thousand of rupees for gym and end up not going sometimes bored or work stuff.
I Recently came to know in my neighborhood their is beautiful public park called Veer Savarkar Udyaan built on 7-acres of land have an " OPEN AIR GYM" and also with lots of different sports activities where i just to have to pay 5- RS INR as an entry fees.

The Veer Savarkar Udyan is named after the great revolutionary freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar who played a great role for independence of India
1 ) WALKING TRACK
This path is 0.75 km long made in round circle if you freeze 10-laps that makes you walk 9-k steps and that will take approximately 1-hour. Can really make burn good amount of calories.
2) OPEN AIR GYM
ABS AND CRUNCHES BENCH
This bench is for crunches and Abs don’t start with to heavy work out on a very 1st day start with 5 counts slowly and steadily you will increase your numbers. it will pain for 2 days no worries than your muscle will get use to it.
LEG EXERCISE
This is very useful exercise for all group age this will not only improve your flexibility but also it will make your knees stronger.ROTATING WHEELS
This exercise is for the shoulders and building up the muscle for upper limbs its called as rotating wheels
it will also helpful for shoulder joints.
hold the hand grips with both the hands and body should roll simultaneously following the wheel clockwise,
LEG PRESS
This exercise will develop strength of lower limbs and also improves the stability and agility of three main joints of lower limbs really good for the healing of bending and stretching of lower limbs. people suffering from rheumatoid, arthritis, sciatica, sprain of the anklebone etc.
UNEVEN BARS
This rods can be used for many exercise like pull ups, reverse pull ups, shoulder empowering, biceps gaining, its also really good for stretching the body some of them also try up side down abs exercise.

This both machine exercise is very useful to built a good shape of your body in modern gym you can also put some more weight plates to increase your size of your muscles and shoulder.

Basically it develops the whole body joint, losing weight, body shape, calories burner, also improves your stamina. 3 days a week at-least 10 -mins.
Standing and Seating Twister
This is body cool down exercise when you done with heavy work out you should move your body on this twister this will relief you little bit from body pain and it is also good for hips and waist.

This will real improve your back flexibility.
You can see how well they have maintained a small open air gym in a public park not a single things is broken all equipment’s are well maintain i really love to work out here.
There is also a badminton turf, skating rinks , yoga place, and from all of this i have never seen in any park they have also kept small occupied for artist who come and practice for dance like hip hop, edm etc.
