A business owner came to me for assistance in removing 2 fraudulent reviews after he saw me leaving a review for another business and saw my local guide level. Law enforcement came and put a do not contact request on both people that left a review against the business.
The first review is from a competitor that contacted the business for a fake service.
The second one came from her friend that requested the service and scammed the business. When the police came, She admited to the scam and said her friend (the first review) put her up to it.
How should i respond to the business owner, other then saying just report it ?
He has a copy of the police report naming both parties.
