@JanVanHaver There was an article featured in our local TV station about fraudulent towing company listings on Google maps. I flagged each one in the article as spam about 6 weeks ago, but they are still showing up. Here is a link to the article. There are also profiles that appear to be fake leaving reviews for the companies. I can PM you those if you like.

No worries @DivineMsM , always happy to help. The basic difference is that Connect Moderators are just local guides like yourself, Google Moderators are Google employees.
