After reading your posts, I did some google search and came to know that Frankston Beach hosts an annual Sand Sculpting exhibition. The Frankston Waterfront Festival is a major event that takes place at the beach each year. Do you have any information about these?

The sand sculpting festival has not happened since covid started in 2020 @NandKK - Waterfront festival came back this year for the first time so perhaps the sand people will return too.
