Found multiple business spams on google map, reported marked spam but nothing happens, Why

I did the same for some of the businesses after studying for hours and collecting information. all of them are huge spam on google and are misleading google customers. they all should be suspended, and if possible this post should be escalated further.

CEA is the business name, they are using the keywords “English speaking courses, IELTS Coaching, PTE Coaching, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, OET, CELPIP, Best” to rank higher in google search.
As suggested by one of the google moderators such business should be suspended as they are breaking the google guidelines and policies by using the keywords.

Cambridge is the business name, they are using the keywords “English speaking courses, IELTS Coaching, PTE Coaching, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, OET, CELPIP, Best” to rank higher in google search.

As suggested by one of the google moderators such business should be suspended as they are breaking the google guidelines and policies by using the keywords.

No business name just the keywords used, they are using the keywords “English speaking courses, IELTS Coaching, PTE Coaching, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, OET, CELPIP, Best” to rank higher in google search.

The same person has reviewed all these same businesses at the same location “Laxmi Nagar, Delhi” ie

3. CAMBRIDGE ENGLISH ACADEMY - BEST ENGLISH SPEAKING COURSE / IELTS COACHING IN LAXMI NAGAR
   6.CAMBRIDGE - OET COACHING (OCCUPATIONAL ENGLISH TEST) & CELPIP - General Test Coaching
   7.IELTS COACHING IN DELHI / SHORT TERM IELTS COACHING IN DELHI
   8.OET COACHING INDIA(Occupational English Test)

None Of The above business has its own website

2. Essence point IELTS Coaching in Laxminagar| PTE Coaching in Laxminagar| OET| English Speaking.

some of the links justifying that the reviews are fake and purchased are listed below which also results in suspension of these business as it is also violating google policies -

some examples, no one cane take the coaching from two different institute and review both of them at the same time. all the accounts which has reviewed one business has also reviewed the second one, that a huge spam misguiding the google clients.

Moreover, they are using fake reviews for promotions. Every day they are posting 5-6 fake reviews.

This business has gone on top of all the businesses because of the fault of google maps, it should be taken down asap.

to rank higher in google search.

As suggested by one of the google moderators such business should be suspended as they are breaking the google guidelines and policies by using the keywords.
Moreover, they are using fake reviews for promotions after researching a lot came to that conclusion, anyone can conclude and gather the information by just going through a few of them
