Found a local guide spamming unrelated photos and giving abusive reviews and QnA

Just came across a local guide who has given 300+ photos of different places in Google Maps, most of which are unrelated to the place. Sometimes the photos are outright abusive and offensive. His reviews are also completely useless. It’s clear that he has done all this for local guide points. I’d like a moderator to look into it. Thank you. @NadyaPN
