yes! Rowy is really a nice place!
In fact, in my opinion the Polish Baltic Beach is the most beautiful in Europe. We have been there several times.
The „only“ minus is the not save weather condition.

@ErmesT , I promise you that during summer you will fall in love with the Polish coast and the (around 100 km East of Rowy starting) Kashubia.
The lake close by is called Gardo, maybe the Garda Lake of the North???
As family we have been 5 times at the Baltic and always due to hospitality of Polish people it was a outstanding trip.
