The most interesting thing I did as a local guide was to allow other people to learn about places and things they wanted to visit, to get to know better, to get some information. In this way, my work provided opportunities for travelers to realize their dreams. The activity that I have most enjoyed doing is indicating places in the city where I live to dance forró!
The city of Belo Horizonte, capital of the State of Minas Gerais in Brazil, is considered by many dancers as one of the best cities to dance forró on the whole planet,
and this for some special reasons! Among them, due to the fact that on any day of the week you can find at least one good place in the city where you can dance this rhythm. It must be said, that the quality of the dancers who usually attend such places is something that stands out. In addition, it is common to find performances in the city of DJs and traditional forró bands of very high quality, a reality that ends up attracting even more the interest of forrozeiros not only from Brazil, but from various places in the world.
