Form being engaged to becoming indifferent

Hello to you all LG champions, especially you who are feeling annoyed, irritated and to some extent dissatisfied and unappreciated for what you are doing as LG! Hard work and low level of appreciation no matter how many reviews you have done before.

For a while, I perceived all “You review is not posted”, as a kind of distrust from Google side (what a childish expectation, I know), and felt really frustrated when I read all messages telling me that I was violating “policies”, and was falsely engaged in writing fake review. I still get these messages when I write a review by habit (now a days I review occasionally, like 5 to 10 % of what used to do).

Now I am cool, and start laughing. Because I have adjusted my “picture” of Google. I don’t have the same trust to Google and do not value it as I did before. I think arrogance is quite obvious in Googles way of treating LG around the world. I don’t get angry or annoyed, I just don’t care anymore.

Indifference is the worst enemy of any brand whether it is from users/customers or employees.

Hi @I-am-Q ,

You sure did contribute a lot for being “indifferent” all of the sudden.

If you went in the local guides program thinking google owes you something then I can’t help you.

Being a local guide means you’re able to voice out your thoughts on places and share helpful information - a guide (it’s literally in the name).

If you want to learn more about the local guides program and rearrange your thoughts on the whole thing, please go ahead and read “why be a local guide”.

Thank you for your valuable time.

Thanks for your reply and time @Lukas_1

I have never thought that Google owes me something, Frankly I am not sure where you did get that from. The main issue I was about to point out was, that being accused to be falsely engaged or writing a fake review is a sign of arrogance and distrust, something that you obviously missed out on reading my post.

Well @I-am-Q , to your second paragraph then!

Looks like you think that some Google employee has the time to look at your reviews and mark them as policy-violating. You could look around the forum a bit and see that it’s a little bit of a problem right now because it’s very possible that some kind of AI is being tested.

Just simply appeal and a real person will check if your review really violates any policies.

I did have to appeal with a few reviews but it’s no big deal.

Do the same.

Thank you.

I see @Lukas_1 , take your time and look around here in the forum and you will see my previous posts about google filter and its shortcomings. This is nothing new to me.

According to what Google itself writes, a Google moderator checks whether a false engagement has taken place or not (see attached screenshot).

all the best

You are welcome to appeal for your not published reviews , and then be happy that they are published. Thank you for your time.
