Coming from a Food and Beverage background, it is always my duty when dining, to have a GREAT experience and share it with the world. Now, we all know having a GREAT experience isn’t always going to happen. But why? We pay to go out and to experience exquisite food, cocktails and atmosphere. Why should that be dwindled? Restaurants NEED to understand how important service and quality is to their customers. We now live in a generation where before we go anywhere, we research. Reviews are our lifeline. This is why I love sharing on Google Maps. I get to tell the world about the most amazing experiences I have had and the not so amazing experiences. Businesses should also be looking at their reviews to learn and grow from it. We are human beings, I don;t want to go out and have my food cold, be treated disrespectfully from your restaurant, or drink a horrible mixed drink. Google Maps has opened opportunities for the world to find great places to experience and it also has helped us to not go to the place with horrible food and/or experience. Google Maps is not just a map, it is an endless book of resources.
