@Aruni thanks for your message. I boiled the white with a pinch of salt. The stew is made with fresh Red pepper, Red Tomatoes, Onion( all blended) I pour the blended vegetables into an empty pot, I placed the pot on my gas cooker, I allowed it to cook for 20 minutes, before adding my ingredients, and groundnut oil. The fish is simply fried. And the last one is green vegetable… I hope u are going to try this at home

Thank you for your recipe I will try to cook it. I love to eat fish and all kinds of seafood. I can share some photos of fish with fried rice that I have from the restaurant. It is very tasty, I like it a lot.
