For today’s dish, I made Shawarma, a Levantine Arab dish consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit. Made with chicken, alternatively, shawarma may also be turkey or beef.
I am not the best chef but I do my best in delivering mouthwatering delicious dishes.
