I am from Taipei, Taiwan. I like to explore different and new restaurants/coffee shops in Taiwan.
For example, the photo I take below is beef noodle soup which is famous in my country. Looking forward to meet any of you in the future!

My wife, Sunny and I had the wonderful opportunity to live in your country from 1989 to 1992. I was on the pre-opening team of Grand Hyatt Taipei. Both our sons are born in Taiwan. One of our best memories is Taiwan’s Beef Noodle in Soup. It is so unique and delicious. You cannot find it better anywhere else, but in Taipei. Another one of our favorite foodie stops is Din Tai Fung. The best is still in Taipei. Din Tai Fung is now available all over the world, but Sunny and I have yet to find anywhere as good as in Taipei. Does Jake’s still exist in Tianmou?

Really nice to hear your good exp in Taipei, Taiwan! What a coincident as I was born in 1989, lol.
Actually the place around Grand Hyatt Taipei is now a prosperous business and entertainment district that I believe it is totally different compared to 1989.
Unfortunately, I just check that Jake’s is closed around 2 years ago. However, welcome to come back for travelling in the future, and I will be happy to guide if possible.

I visited Taiwan in 2018 and went from the North through the South.
I love Beef Noodles in your country, especially in Taipei.
If i have chance again, i want to experience more many places in Taiwant to try many other flavors.

It looks yummy!! I want to go to Taiwan again. Taiwan is close to Japan and reasonable, so I love it.
