These are foodie experience carried out by ourselves in home during lockdown

Did you make some of these meals? Which one was the most difficult to do?

The balashali looks very interesting, is it something like donuts?

Thanks for noticing my pics, and yes every dish we made turned out to be very delicious.

All the meals were made by us only at home by family members only.

… yes, I also made this “Stuffed Sandwich Pakora” with filling of potato mash, Cottage Cheese Slice, Tomato Onion Slice and chilly-coriander chutney. Then deep fried.

Sorry for the autocorrect… the correct name is Balushahi… the Shahi word itself means Royal…. and yes its similar to donuts but juicy also.
