is very tasty food. Where Pomfret is very tasty sea fish. This dish is very easy to make. Pomfret pieces are marrinated in chilli powder, salt,lemon juice for 20 minutes. Then it coated in salmonella or rice flour or gram flour. Then it fried on pan at medium flame .
