Today is January 24 and in Switzerland we celebrate the independence of the canton Vaud (as a state in Switzerland).

Since 2017, Gastrovaud organizes the Papet day and offers the papet vaudois (local specialty) in 9 places.

Here is the list of the complete cities:

I went to the event in Lausanne where it was distributed for free with a glass of white wine.

Benches and tables installed especially for the event that can accommodate near 150-200 people.

Happy Papet day for you @christophesubilia and the others in your Canton.L’ Hotel de Ville food and wine is also remarcable and a detail not to forget in the future.I think the International Olimpic Comyttee ofices are also in Laussane.Are they joinning you and your party?.

Thank you @IamJoseFelixAranda ! I don’t know if they come at the Hotel de ville but yes it’s on the south part of Lausanne.

I have to because I love black chocolate.Et je pense que en Suisse le chocolat est tres bien fait. @christophesubilia ‘Et je vai visite’ le musee’ Olimpyque aussi.
