What is the most interesting thing you’ve done as a Local Guide?
To promote local business on our area and maximize their possible profits by sharing our dining experience to the rest of the world was the best thing I’ve done as a local guide.
Let me share one of our best experiences.
Valentines day is such a special day for everyone of us specially when your in a relationship.
But when celebrating and dining does it mean to be expensive? if you know some tricks you can enjoy your valentines night out without bankrupting your savings account.
How did we do that? simple we’ve registered and used this application and make reservation on a specific time when the restaurant offers 50% of all of their menus. We suppose to pay P 1,100.00 ($22) for this lovely meal but using this app we paid P 550.00 ($11).
Using another voucher to maximize our discount we ended up P 350.00 ($6) only.
Isn’t it amazing? dining with your love one on a valentine night will only cost your single meal?
The best thing here is that we’ve helped promote their restaurant (Local) promoting their service, place and amazing food at thesame time using an app to maximize their users. Its like hitting two birds at a single stone, win for both our sides.
We are very glad to see how much impact we’ve done to our local business here and international apps too.
But before we forgot, all our food trips was uploaded to google guides so another app that was helped.
2 apps benefited while our night was wonderful and our tummies were full.
What does the Local Guides program mean to you?
Local Guides play huge factor for every type of industry international and even locally, this program help someone from another place to check the safest and the most out of the place reviewed by Guides. This will give someone a head start for were to go or how to go. This also give us an oppurtunity as an artist to share the masterpiece of our locals to the rest of the world. We love what we do so even there are no money involved it would be fine as long as we can express our selves and inspire others to explore their local area.
