Watertown NY Grubhub delivery service failures. First order, great. Second order arrived 2 hrs. late. Pre-order for KFC went 3 hrs. and had to call San Fran HQ to find out there were no drivers that day to pick up my order. Was still charged. Had to call again to get a refund. I won’t use this service again.
