Regarding your query, Have you done your market research for the new business? You may broadly figure out if there are north Indians or those from the southern part of India that are your primary customers? Or are your target customers are the everyone including Philippines residents? Indan street food items like Idli, Vada, Dosa, Pav-Bhaji, Chhole Bhature, etc. could be a good menu, to begin with.
