My favorite Ghanaian dish is banku and grilled tilapia with freshly blended red chilly pepper and hot dark brown sauce ( locally known as 'Shito’ ).
In the preparation of the banku, I prefer the corn dough and cassava dough in a 40:60 proportion, this helps me consume more balls of the banku… hahaha

Hahahaa. That is a very scientific approach to eating more banku. At that ratio, you get a consistently lighter version and that goes down faster too
