Its commonly known as herbs. In early African life, Central African cooking has remained mostly traditional. The basic ingredients are plantains and cassava. Fufu-like starchy foods (usually made from fermented cassava roots) are served with grilled meat and sauces. ⦠Cassava plants are also consumed as cooked greens. They eat fruits and herbs, soup is being made from herbs. which helps in fighting disease like diarrhea and gastric disorders. The heal wounds and cure sickness. I think africa needs to rediscover their strength with natural food i am very passionate to contribute or asit in findings of herbs and its advantages. especially in west Africa taking IGBO/IBO tribe as a case study.
